The Gujarat High court on Friday dismissed a petition cahallanging the probe by the Special Investigation team (SIT) against the Gujarat CM Mr.Narendra Modi and others for their role in the communal riots in 2002. Justice D.H Vaghela dismissed the petition filed by former BJP MLA Mr. Kalu Malivad.
